Easy One Pot Meals are my favorite dinner recipes to make! There’s nothing better than a delicious dinner that’s easy to make and even easier to clean up. They’re great for those crazy weeknights at home when you need something quick, tasty, and filling on the table that everyone will love.
It’s safe to say that I’m obsessed with one pot dinner recipes. I mean, it’s at the point now where I get a little bummed when I have to use more than just one pot or pan for a recipe!
I’ve spent years making a TON of one pot recipes that I’m so excited to share with you all. Honestly, making this list was a little bit of a challenge because I didn’t want to make it too long, and it was well on its way there.
So, I took my time and carefully cultivated my all-time favorite one pot recipes! These are the one pot dinners my family truly begs for and have so far never grown tired of.
These recipes are tried and true. They check all of the right boxes (quick, easy, delicious) and have never failed me!
Why do we love One Pot Meals?
Here’s why I’m so happy with these recipes:
Easy: It kind of goes without saying that a one pot meal recipe is great for when you want something easier! No need to dirty up several pots and pans, no need to check on different things cooking in various areas of the kitchen… These recipes all come together deliciously in just one pot.
Clean Up: There’s nothing quite as annoying as finishing a meal and seeing a kitchen piled high with dirty dishes. One pot meals diminish that annoyance because, well, you only have to clean one pot!
Filling: I’ve made sure that all of the recipes on this list really hit the spot. You won’t find anything here that leaves you wanting for too much more.
Comforting: As you scroll, you may notice a trend amongst these easy recipes. They’re almost all comforting as can be!
