Tips for making the best Mother’s Day brunch spread:
Pick a variety of foods: having a balance of lighter foods and richer foods is the key to indulging in a big breakfast! A good rule of thumb is to choose something fruity, something with protein, and a carb, and add in a fun juice or smoothie if that is Mom’s thing!
Make Mom’s favorites: does she have favorite flavors or types of foods? Be sure to add those to your menu! It’s her day, after all!
Choose different cooking methods and times: choose recipes that don’t all need to be cooked at once. If you can have one warming or baking in the oven, something prepped the day before, something chilling in the fridge, and only one recipe that requires hands on cooking, it will be much easier to pull off!
