Smoothies are my go-to for a quick breakfast, a post-workout refuel, or just something to snack on. My kids love having smoothies for school lunches, too!

I love that theyโ€™re an easy way to sneak in some healthy stuff like spinach or protein without anyone complaining.

You can throw in pretty much whatever you want: fruits, veggies, protein powder, yogurt, nut butterโ€“you name it!

Prepping smoothies ahead of time:

Smoothies are super easy to prep ahead of time! You can have the ingredients prepped in the fridge separately such as frozen bananas.

Pro tip: Freeze bananas before they brown. Peel, cut, and store in a bag. Grab what you need when ready to blend!

You can also prep smoothie bags with all the ingredients for one serving. Just add liquid and blend for a quick, easy breakfast!
