Prepping smoothies ahead of time:
Smoothies are super easy to prep ahead of time! You can have the ingredients prepped in the fridge separately such as frozen bananas.
Pro tip: Freeze bananas before they brown. Peel, cut, and store in a bag. Grab what you need when ready to blend!
You can also prep smoothie bags with all the ingredients for one serving. Just add liquid and blend for a quick, easy breakfast!
