Smoothies are my go-to for a quick breakfast, a post-workout refuel, or just something to snack on. My kids love having smoothies for school lunches, too!

I love that they’re an easy way to sneak in some healthy stuff like spinach or protein without anyone complaining.

You can throw in pretty much whatever you want: fruits, veggies, protein powder, yogurt, nut butter–you name it!

The best part is, you can make a new combo every day so you never get bored.

Smoothies are super easy to prep ahead of time! You can have the ingredients prepped in the fridge separately such as frozen bananas.

Pro tip: Freeze bananas before they brown. Peel, cut, and store in a bag. Grab what you need when ready to blend!

You can also prep smoothie bags with all the ingredients for one serving. Just add liquid and blend for a quick, easy breakfast!
