I admit, it’s only recently that I got on the Costco rotisserie chicken bandwagon, but I’m never getting off.
We are big fans of roast chicken, even our young kids, and I think I just underestimated how great a deal that store-bought roast chicken really is. It also happens to be perfectly juicy and flavorful, not to mention a great source of protein!
