Swedish Meatballs and Noodles is a one pan dinner recipe that always hits the spot! It's a total comfort meal complete with tender egg noodles, beef meatballs and a rich and creamy sauce. So easy to make in just 30 minutes!
Broth: I always start with low sodium broth and add salt as needed. If you're using salted broth, I recommend omitting the added salt and adjusting as needed before serving.
Egg noodles: use dry, uncooked egg noodles for this recipe (not fresh or frozen). I don't recommend swapping for another pasta (although you can try!) as they all require different liquid amounts and cook times.
