Make juicy Air Fryer Pork Chops with this simple recipe! A few simple ingredients like boneless pork chops, oil, and seasonings create super juicy chops that are perfect for pairing with your favorite sides.
4thick cut boneless pork chopsabout 1" thick room temperature
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1½teaspoonsseasoning salt
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
¼teaspoonground mustard
¼teaspoonblack pepper
¼teaspoonpaprika
1tablespoonoil
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380℉
Trim fat or make a few slices through the fat strip on each pork chop with a sharp knife (this will prevent them from curling up).
Drizzle oil on pork chops. Combine brown sugar, seasoning salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, ground mustard, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle evenly over pork chops.
Spray basket of air fryer with non-aerosol cooking spray (or brush lightly with additional oil)
Place seasoned pork chops in basket and cook for 10-15 minutes. (*Note that thinner pork chops will cook more quickly. Check the temperature at the 10 minute mark -- if they are nearing 145 degrees F then cook just a couple minutes more. The cook time will depend on the thickness of your pork chops)
Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes
This recipe originally was simply seasoned with salt and pepper, but we love our Baked Pork Chops rub so much I wanted to bring it over here too. You can skip the rub and season with salt and pepper if you wish. Ingredients and Substitutions:
Brown Sugar: this doesn't make the pork chops very sweet, but does add some sweetness. If you don't like sweet meat, you can reduce to 1 tablespoon.
Seasoning salt: is a mixture of salt and other seasonings, so do not substitute with an equal amount of salt. If you don't have seasoning salt, add 3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt.
