Deck the halls with this festive Reindeer Chow! It's made with crunchy Chex cereal, pretzels, and peanuts, all coated in a creamy white chocolate and peanut butter coating and tossed in powdered sugar. Made in 30 minutes or less for a festive sweet treat!
9cupsChex Cereal(1 regular box – 350 grams or 12oz)
1-2cupsmini pretzels
1cupsalted peanuts
1¼cupschopped white chocolate(166g)
1cupsmooth peanut butter
¼cupsalted butter
¼teaspoonsalt
2cupspowdered sugar
1cupChristmas M&Ms
1cupmini peanut butter cups
Instructions
Pour Chex cereal, pretzels and peanuts into a large mixing bowl.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate, peanut butter, butter and salt. Use a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time.
Pour chocolate mixture over the Chex cereal. Stir gently with a spatula to evenly coat the cereal.
Once the cereal is well coated sprinkle 1 cup powdered sugar on top and stir to mix well. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to firm up somewhat, then add remaining 1 cup powdered sugar and stir to coat.
If needed, add a little more until the cereal is completely covered.
Stir in M&Ms and peanut butter cups.

Ingredients and Substitutions:This recipe is easily customizable!
Chex: you can swap for another hard cereal, but ideally one without added flavors or sugar.
Chocolate: you can use any kind of chocolate here
Butter: you can use hard dairy-free margarine in place of butter to make this dairy-free (also swapping out your chocolate)
Mix ins: you can swap the pretzels, peanuts, peanut butter cups and M&Ms for other nuts and candies you enjoy, or leave them out.
