These Oreo Balls are made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and a smooth chocolate coating for a rich, bite-sized treat. They’re no bake, freezer-friendly, and so easy you’ll want to make them for every holiday or party!
In a food processor, process Oreo cookies and cream cheese until a smooth "dough" forms (if your food processor is not very powerful, you may find it easier to process the cookies first, then add the cream cheese). If you need to, open the food processor and break things up and process again until smooth.
Roll into 1" balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
To melt white chocolate, place ½-1" water in small pot. Put the white chocolate in a glass bowl that fits over the top of the pot without touching the water in the bottom.
Bring the water to a simmer over high heat, then reduce heat to low and place the bowl with the chocolate in it over the pot. Heat and stir until smooth and melted.
Using a toothpick or fork, grab one frozen Oreo ball and dip in white chocolate. Let excess drain off before placing it back on the parchment paper. Garnish with crushed Oreo crumbs if desired.
When all Oreo balls are coated, serve or refrigerate until ready to serve. You can also freeze for up to 3 months.
