These Mini Cheeseburger Skewers are a fun dinner recipe for busy weeknights and they're perfect for a summer party! They are full of flavor and easy to make!
In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, barbecue sauce, egg, seasoning salt, onion powder and garlic powder
Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop or measuring spoon to scoop and shape roughly 24 patties.
Lightly grease a piece of aluminum foil and place it on the grill. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 5 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. After flipping, brush with 1 teaspoon barbecue sauce.
Top with a cheese slice in the last few minutes of cooking to melt if desired.
Cheeseburger Skewers
Cut each slice of Furlani garlic Texas toast into 6 cubes.
Place the toast cubes on the grill and grill on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden.
Place one toast cube on platter and spread with 1 teaspoon Thousand Islands Dressing (if using). Top with a burger patty, cheese (if not already added), pickle, lettuce and tomato as desired.
Assemble remaining cheeseburger skewers and serve.
