1bagtortilla chips, any flavour(200-270 grams) I prefer the triangular ones
3cupsshredded marble cheese
2jalapenosthinly sliced
2tablespoonsfinely chopped red onion
sour cream, fresh tomatoes and salsa for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400℉ and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, crumble the ground beef and stir in garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, onion powder, paprika and pepper. Cook and stir until completely browned, about 5-6 minutes.
Spread a single layer of chips on the parchment and sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
Top with the cooked ground beef, jalapenos and red onion.
Add the remaining cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Add any optional toppings before serving as desired.
