These Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs couldn't be simpler! They have a homemade spice rub and are slow cooked until they fall off the bone, then you can slather them in any barbecue sauce you like!
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, chili powder, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
Cut the ribs into sections if needed for an easier fit. Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the ribs.
Lightly grease a 4-quart slow cooker and line the ribs up around the edges (so the meaty part is pressed against the side).
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Remove the ribs from the slow cooker, brush with the sauce, and grill for 5 to 6 minutes or broil for 2 to 3 minutes, until the sauce is sticky and slightly caramelized. This step is optional but adds great flavor! Serve.

Notes
*To make ahead: prepare the rub mixture and leave on the ribs overnight, in a ziploc bag or refrigerator container. You can also cook in the slow cooker, store in the refrigerator and reheat in the broiler or grill with barbecue sauce before serving.
