Christmas Crack Blondies are loaded with chunks of chocolate-caramel cracker toffee for the perfect chewy, festive bar. Perfect when you want an easy holiday dessert that’s unique and guaranteed to stand out on the cookie tray!
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and spray a 9x9" pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and butter.
Whisk in the egg and vanilla.
Add the flour and salt and stir until combined. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to cool before adding Christmas Crack.
Stir in chopped Christmas Crack and spread into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set.
Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes before removing. Cool completely before slicing (you can chill it in the fridge for clean slices).
