This Broccoli Salad recipe is loaded with bacon, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, cranberries or raisins and topped with a simple 3 ingredient dressing! Lasts for days in the fridge!

Ingredients

cups
fresh broccoli florets
(about 2 to 3 heads)

slices
thick-cut bacon
(cooked and crumbled)
¾
cup
shredded Cheddar cheese
½
cup
dried cranberries or raisins
¼
cup
sunflower seeds
⅔
cup
mayonnaise
2
tablespoons
granulated sugar
2
tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
¼
teaspoon
salt
⅛
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, place the broccoli, bacon, Cheddar, cranberries or raisins, and sunflower seeds.
In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad in the bowl.
Stir to coat. Taste and serve.
