This 3 Ingredient Boursin Pasta is the ultimate easy dinner recipe! Tender bites of pasta are coated with creamy, garlicky Boursin cheese, parmesan and a few fresh cracks of bold black pepper. The best part? This one pot dinner is made in just 20 minutes.
1packagegarlic and fine herb Boursin cheese(150 grams) room temperature
1-2cupsreserved pasta water
2tablespoonsfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a rolling boil.
Add the pasta and cook just to al dente. Reserve 2 cups pasta water and drain.
Cut the Boursin cheese into small cubes and add to the hot pasta. Add 1 cup of pasta water, and stir until the cheese is melted, adding more as needed to form a creamy sauce.
Season with parmesan and add fresh cracked black pepper and as needed.
