Pizza dough -- homemade or store boughsee above for recipe!
1teaspooncanola oil for each pizza
Pizza sauce
Pizza toppings: meatveggies, cheese as desired
Instructions
Make your dough, or thaw your store bough dough. Spray pans with non-stick spray. Then preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and roll it out to fit your pizza pans. Brush with about 1 teaspoon oil and bake for 10-12 minutes. You want it baked about half way through. It will look dry on top but won't be browned.
Set aside and let cool to room temperature (15-30 minutes).
Spread your sauce on, top with your meat and cheese.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and then tin foil to protect from freezer burn.
Label it with the name and when it was made! Include the baking instructions: "Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown."
Freeze it up to 3 months.
When ready to serve, heat oven to 425 degrees F and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Notes
For 4 pizzas, I used a double recipe of my Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, about 1.5 jars of pizza sauce, 4-500 grams deli meat (pepperoni, etc.), and 1 700g block of mozzarella cheese.
