Ingredients
1/4cuplow fat milk
1/2cup0% vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4cupinstant or quick oats
1applecut into 1/2-1" chunks (not peeled, unless you really want to!)
1/4teaspooncinnamon
6-8ice cubes
