These Yogurt Parfaits are made with yogurt, crunchy granola, and layers of your favorite fruit or fruit sauces. This healthy breakfast can be enjoyed right away or prepped ahead of time!
½cupfresh or frozen, thawed berries or fruit (choose from the options above)
Instructions
Spoon half of the yogurt into the bottom of a bowl or glass jar
Top with half of the granola (*To prep ahead, store granola in a small container to add later) and half of the fruit.
Repeat layers one time to use remaining ingredients

*Note that the measurements above are approximate -- you can adjust the amount of yogurt, fruit and granola to your liking. **Note that the fresher your fruit, the longer your parfaits will be able to be stored in the refrigerator.Making Ahead of Time:To make your Yogurt Parfaits ahead of time, layer your yogurt into a glass jar and top it with the fruit of your choice (leave off the granola!). Store it in the fridge for 3-5 days. The fresher the fruit you use, the longer it will last. When you're ready to enjoy, simply add the granola and dig in.Storage:Without granola, parfaits will last for 3-5 days, depending on the type of fruit you use and how fresh it was when you began. For longer lasting parfaits, I recommend using a cooked fruit sauce, as the texture won't change the longer it is stored.
