3/4cuplow calorie Cranberry Raspberry juice
1cuplow fat vanilla or raspberry yogurt
Add all ingredients to the blender and puree until smooth.
*Cranberries and raspberries are both tart, especially if frozen. Depending on the sweetness of your juice and yogurt (which both vary quite a bit), you may want to add additional sweetener to your tastes. *Other options to reduce tartness are to add half a banana or some plain ice cubes.
