This Apple Crisp Smoothie has all the flavors of this favorite dessert -- apple, oats, and cinnamon -- in a healthy smoothie that's perfect for breakfast (or a healthier dessert!).

cut into 1/2-1" chunks (not peeled, unless you really want to!)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

*If you don't have a high power blender, you may want to peel your apple or soak your oats to ensure a smooth smoothie.
