No Bake Cadbury Creme Egg Cheesecake
This No Bake Cadbury Creme Egg Cheesecake is the ultimate Easter dessert! Made with just a few ingredients and no oven!

- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 300 grams Oreos or chocolate sandwich cookies (1 regular bag, 25 cookies)
- 750 grams cream cheese (3 8oz/250g packages) room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 creme eggs (regular sized)
In a food processor, combine melted butter and cookies and process until fine crumbs. Press into a 9" Springform pan and about 1/2" up the sides.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the sugar and beat until combined.
Add the cream and beat on low until incorporated, then beat on high for 3-4 minutes until thickened and fluffy (don't stop until stiff peaks form!).
Roughly chop regular-sized creme eggs and add to cheesecake batter, beating on low speed until evenly distributed.
Spread into prepared crust, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Decorate with sweetened whipped cream and mini creme eggs for garnish if desired.
