We’ve been just trying to get back into our groove after being away camping for 4 days. And I know 4 days doesn’t seem like a lot to some of you, but when you’re away from home with a 7 month old and a 3 year old and no one is getting as much sleep as they should, it takes something out of you!
I am a terrible sleeper.
When I’m away from home, it’s pretty much guaranteed that I won’t sleep.
But I did enjoy being away from technology for pretty much the entire 4 days. Sometimes (okay, often) being on the computer and the phone and behind the camera all day can drive a person a little crazy, and I don’t force myself to get out as much as I probably should. Every once in a while though, I think it’s completely necessary.
After 4 days I was more than ready to get back to my bed and back to technology! And part of that routine, especially now that things are a little cooler, is to get back in the kitchen on a more regular basis. And so here we are — Menu Plan Week 2! Enjoy 🙂
