Back again with another menu plan featuring some other fabulous foodies! And all I can say is, man I’m exhausted! It’s hard to believe summer is almost over, but in some ways I think I look forward to a little more of a routine.

    Hi Stacey! These are some seriously delectable recipes! I make very similar enchiladas using canned Hatch chiles and thigh meat. That cake is speaking to me, but I think your coconut poke cake has a louder voice! 🙂
