SLOW COOKER CHEESEBURGER SOUP

GATHER YOUR INGREDIENTS

Made with ground beef, potatoes, seasonings and vegetables in a creamy broth.

Cook beef and onion, and add garlic. Put it in a slow cooker with the potatoes, carrots, celery, chicken broth, salt, parsley, and pepper, and cook.

In medium sized bowl whisk together the half and half and flour (or corn starch) until combined. Add to the slow cooker.

Cover, and cook for another 60 minutes on HIGH until the soup has thickened slightly (it will continue to thicken as it cools).

Turn the Slow Cooker to LOW and stir in the shredded cheese. Allow to melt. Top with favorite toppings. Serve hot and enjoy!
