These Homemade Pizza Rolls are made with easy homemade pizza dough, pepperoni, pizza sauce and cheese! Make ahead and freezer friendly!
Easy Pizza Dough – 1 ½-2 cups all purpose flour (195-260 grams) plus more for rolling – 1 package instant or quick rise yeast 2 ¼ teaspoons – 1 teaspoon granulated sugar – ¾ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon dried oregano – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – ⅔ cup warm water – 2 tablespoons oil Pizza Rolls – ⅓ cup pizza sauce – ¾ cup finely chopped pepperoni – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1
Make pizza dough. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough into a rough 16×14" rectangle. Spread pizza sauce on dough to within 1" of the sides, then top with pepperoni and cheese.
2
Roll the dough up tightly, starting at the long end. Pinch the seam to seal and place on a cutting board. To slice even rolls, start in the middle and make a mark where half is. Then divide each half into two (so you will have 4 quarters), then each quarter into 3 rolls.
3
Place the rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet a few inches apart.
4
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until light golden brown.
