CROCKPOT CHICKEN TACO SOUP

GATHER YOUR INGREDIENTS

Made with tender chicken, chili beans and corn in a flavorful broth of cream and salsa.

Place chicken breasts, beans (with sauce), corn (with juice), water, salsa and taco seasoning into a 3-4 quart slow cooker.

Cook ingredients on low for 3-4 hours. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred into tiny pieces.

Stir chicken back into the slow cooker with the cream. Adjust seasonings to taste, then cover and heat through.

Garnish each bowl with all your favorite toppings! Hot sauce, sour cream, sliced avocados, cilantro, jalapeños… The list can keep going on forever.
