These Air Fryer Meatballs are incredibly juicy on the inside, and golden brown on the outside! They're loaded with flavor and made with just a few ingredients!
– 1 slice soft bread – 2 tablespoons water – 1/2 lb ground beef – 1/2 lb ground pork – 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese – 1 egg – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat air fryer to 400℉ for 5 minutes. Prepare breadcrumbs. In a large bowl, add beef, pork, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and soaked bread.
In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and soaked bread until just combined — don't overmix!
Shape into 1.5-2″ balls (I get about 20 this way, but you can get up to 30 if you shape them into 1″ balls).
Cook for 7-8 minutes at 400 degrees F, until a meat thermometer inserted in the largest meatball reads a minimum of 160 degrees F.
