Recipe Inspiration
Made with boneless, skinless chicken breast and a handful of seasonings to include salt, pepper, dried parsley, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder with just a touch of oil.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Pat chicken dry and rub with canola oil. In a small bowl, combine seasoning. Sprinkle over both sides of the chicken.
Lightly spray the inside of the air fryer basket with non stick spray. Add chicken. Cook time for 12 minutes.
When done, check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it has reached 165 degrees F. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
